- Your plates removed and your personal belongings cleared out of the car.

How the pickup goes
- You call or text with the year, make, model, condition and address.
- We quote a firm price and book a window that works for you.
- The flatbed arrives, we check the ownership and ID, and you are paid.
- The car is winched on and we tidy up any glass or fluid marks before we go.
Recycled properly
Fluids, batteries and tires are handled separately from the shell rather than going to landfill, and usable parts are pulled before the body is crushed. Scrapping a car is one of the greener things you can do with it, provided it is done the right way.

Common questions about scrapping a car in London
Do I have to be there when the truck arrives?
Someone whose name is on the ownership does, with photo ID, because that person signs the vehicle over and takes the cash. If that is not you, arrange it with the registered owner before we come out.
What if the car has no plates or no keys?
Neither stops a pickup. The plates belong to you and should come off before we load, and a car with no keys is winched onto the deck the same as any other. Tell us on the phone so we bring the right gear.
Is the towing really free?
Yes. The tow is ours to pay. The price we quote on the phone is the price you are handed at the driveway, with nothing deducted for the truck.
How soon can you come out?
We are on the road seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, and we book a window that suits you. Call or text and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
What if the car is not in my name?
We can only buy a vehicle from its registered owner. If the permit is in a relative’s name, or the owner has passed away, call us before you book and we will tell you what ServiceOntario will need.
Does a car that still runs get more?
Sometimes. A complete running vehicle can be worth more than its scrap weight, which is what our cash for cars service is for. Describe it accurately on the phone and we will tell you which route pays you better.
