Do you buy cars that still drive?
Yes, and those are usually worth the most. A complete vehicle that starts and moves has value beyond its weight in steel. If it does not run, that is fine too — it becomes a scrap car removal instead, and we still pay for it.
Is the price on the phone the price I get?
